Enduringly popular 2D mine-and-crafter Terraria‘s next big patch has been teased for a while, and at E3's PC Gaming Show yesterday, developers Re-Logic announced it will be its last. Formerly known as version 1.3.6, Journey's End will be adding one last big round of features and content. Buffs are an element first added to Terraria in patch 1.0.5.They are temporary bonuses that increase the player's stats, or sometimes even grant special abilities such as walking on water. Buffs require certain items to activate, typically potions, and, once activated, they will appear in the buffs bar in the upper-left corner of the screen. A buff can be forcefully deactivated by right.

Considering Re-Logic's history with ending development for Terraria, it's hard to say whether this is really it for the popular sandbox game. With the announcement of the 1.4.1 update on Twitter, one user asked, 'What about terraria mobile!?' to which the official Terraria account replied 'Mobile 1.4 will come out later this month :)'.
